The man who came out was friendly, professional, and communicated well. We had the treatment done 2 years ago and so far have not seen any signs of termites.

Johnathan was very knowledgeable and very thorough. He took the time to answer our questions and address our immediate needs promptly. Our convent home is very large, but there was not an area left without inspection. I am impressed, too, that he is going to do proximate follow up to make sure the mice do not return.

Baxter Pest Control was punctual and accomodating. They responded to my request immediately. They were very knowledgeable. They came when they said they would. They were able to come early to accomodate my plans. They provided written/email confirmation after our initial contact. They answered all my questions and areas of concern. They were informative. They performed the job timely and they were neat. They paid attention and were able to preview the job before immediately jumping in so that it was done with knowledge. They cleaned up and were very courteous. They offered a guarantee and paperwork at the time of completion.

John was very professional. He came on time and did as promised for a reasonable fee. We thought we had termites, however he found carpenter ants in our trees and treated all of our trees, as well as the outside and inside of our home. he used a pet and child safe solution inside. While here he found mouse droppings. He treated that for a small additional fee. I was verry happy with his professional demeanor. I WILL call him again.

****he needs an administrative assistant to deal with money and paperwork***** the initial conversation with john over the phone was pleasant and professional and he offered his services to us promptly but all the follow up service was terrible. i had to repeatedly call to get a receipt and still havent seen my warranty because he was not willing to mail it us, only fax, which we dont even have a fax so it was a huge hassle. when we bought and moved into our house we arent even sure what was done but i dont want to call because it was too frustrating dealing with him.

I was very pleased with the job that Baxter Pest Control did. The technician was very knowledgeable and took his time to make sure the job was done right. He made sure that all of the areas were sprayed and even sprayed around the hot tub on my deck. The the job was reasonably priced and I would recommend Baxter to other people.

John came out to our home on the 4th of July to try and help us ascertain our problem. He was so nice and pleasant and very helpful in working within budgets. We signed up for their annual pest control and had our first service. The tech was also very pleasant and polite.
