Bay Metro did a good job to upgrade my 80yr old kitchen to current requirements. They helped to keep the cost down and accommodated my quirks. When surprises popped up, which is to be expected when you open up walls in these old buildings, they were good at explaining the situation and providing options. Nothing is perfect, but they came close.

They are very good about following up on questions and concerns.

Great company to hire. Quality work, within budget and on time. You don’t have that happen often with other contractors. . I have a beautiful bathroom because of their work.

So sorry for the late review (issue with Home Advisor site). Job completed last summer. Very professional and consistent in work schedule. Beautiful kitchen in the end. Open to lowering costs by letting us do most of the purchasing of materials. Manny (the main contractor) was easy to work with and handled any problems we had excellently. HIs tile guy did excellent work. Everyone did.

Val the project manager was very helpful. He selected a tile that closely match the existing tile. He suggested 6 inch floor tile which turned out very well. The tile installation was of high quality. Very pleased with the results.

This is a "better late than never" review. We first used Bay Metro Corporation to remodel our upstairs guest bathroom, which Bay Metro totally gutted and replaced with a Victorian clawfoot tub, toilet, two sink vanity, wainscotting on the walls, and tile on the floor. We had a great working relationship with Manny Gonzalez, Bay Metro's main contact. Manny was very courteous and would give us lower cost options / alternatives to keep the total project costs down. Communication was great, contract was very clear, and we were extremely pleased with end result. We ended up using Manny again on another bathroom redo and kitchen remodel.

We were very pleased with the way that Bay Metro Corp. remodeled our kitchen. Manny was honest, fair, and professional. We also had them refinish the hardwood floors in the house and do some other repairs. The floors look great now! We will definitely call Manny again when we are ready to remodel the bathroom.

good service and timely completion

Project was completed on time and on budget. The owner quickly responded to my questions and concerns. In addition, as minor issues arose, he was proactive about communicating them to me and offering up alternatives. The staff and contractors were respectful of my home while in the premises. I felt comfortable having them in my home.

Bay Metro was great to work with! Manny came over right away, and his estimate was thorough, complete and fair. All of the work was done on schedule. The bathroom looks great! Manny was very patient even when we didn't always know exactly what we wanted, and made good suggestions. His crew were very courteous. They always locked up when they left, and cleaned up when they were finished. We liked Bay Metro so much we had them install an electric outlet and paint the living room also. We would have them remodel our whole house immediately if we had the money =) We will definitely hire Bay Metro again.

If a higher rating existed, I would select that to rate Bay Metro Corp. Manny is very professional, thorough, timely, and a great communicator. The project ran very smoothly, and although there were a few hiccups along the way (not related to Manny or his sub-contractors, but rather, because items or materials were on backorder), the project remained on track & on budget. I will be contacting Bay Metro Corp again in the future for other projects.

This was our first time working with a contractor - and it was great, the work was completed on time and Manny and Matthew were very accomodating and pleasant to work with.

Very honest and professional

Bay Metro did more than re-model a pre-built kitchen. They also re-wired the house to upgrade the electrical and put up a wall to create a hallway. They did excellent trim work. Hallway looked like it was original.

Bay Metro did a complete remodel of my bathroom, painted and tiled a hallway, stripped off old wall paper, prepared the walls and painted a large living/dining room. The quality of their work is excellent. I chose Bay Metro because of the speedy at which they responded to my announcement on ServiceMagic.com. Excellent communication was there throughout the project. They offered suggestions but always let me make the final decision regarding the project. For the amount of work Bay Metro did, the price I paid was fair.
