Was hired, and when I emailed him the day before they were scheduled to do the work, he replied they wouldn?t be able to make it out. Despite already scheduling to be closed an extra day, I said no problem and asked to be rescheduled. He hasn?t even replied to further questions as to when I could get on the schedule. Not what I expect from the ?GM? (Mark) of what I thought was a professional company. I?ll spend my $7000 elsewhere, guess his owner doesn?t need the business or he?s not a great manager

The crew that did our house was splendid, professional, and efficient. They were a pleasure to speak with. They were very knowledgeable and had no problem with answering questions I had. I will suggest them to anyone with full confidence. THANK YOU for a wonderful jobâ ¦

The crew from Berry were extremely professional and did an excellent job insulating my 1100 sq. ft. garage, Everything was explained in detail and clean up was excellent as well. I am thrilled I used Berry Insulation for my insulation project, which was completed in April, 2021. I waited 8 months to do the review because I wanted to see how much the insulation improved my home in the hot summer and the freezing winter months. This was a two day project involving two separate crews from Berry to insulate the upstairs (which has no attic / crawl space access) and two crawl spaces in the basement. Josh was out to my home approximately two times and decided that, due to the complexity of the job, he wanted his boss, Paul, to look at the home and provide an opinion. I sought estimates from approximately six companies and Josh and Paul were the only ones who offered to come out several times and took photographs inside and outside along with laser measurements from every conceivable angle of the spaces to ensure an accurate estimate. Two companies said the job couldn't be done. The first crew arrived (Mike, Anthony and Ramos) and they happily allowed me to tag along, watch the insulation process and ask questions. Each crew member showed respect for my home. Two large gable vents and approximately 45 holes were drilled into the interior walls of the upstairs bedrooms to blow in the insulation. Mike knew exactly what needed to be done and where, even though he had never set foot in my home because of the dozens of photographs and measurements previously taken. The crew filled and patched the 45+ holes in the upstairs walls. This crew worked really well and the upstairs job was expertly done. The second crew (my apologies for not grabbing their names but was a father / son team) arrived a few days later to insulate the basement crawlspaces and were equally professional. The insulation cut my heating / electric bill in HALF and I no longer fear my water pipes in the basement crawlspace will freeze. Berry's process was thorough and its employees were dedicated to providing a quality home improvement project.

We had a great work crew that was very knowledgeable and very neat! The crew of Tom, Dominic, and Noah showed up on time each day and worked very hard. I highly recommend this company.

Iâ m so pleased with the work that was done at our house! We had insulation done in our attic and walls. The difference was obvious as they were doing the work! Crews worked hard, were friendly and professional. Customer service is top notch! Priced well AND they will help you get an energy audit and rebates for the job based on your gas companyâ s programs. I would highly recommend this company, you wonâ t be disappointed!

All involved were very pleasant, knowledgeable and left no mess when work was done. When we thought there was an electrical problem right after the install, they sent a guy to thoroughly inspect- ended up being no elec problem at all- just a hidden switch that had been turned off. A good example of an honest, hardworking company that are hard to find!

Quick response for call on estimate. There was a short wait time to starting date of job. The work performed was completed on and ahead of time as stated. The technicians performing the work were professional and very knowledgeable and took time to explain work to us. The house was left very clean in areas they worked in and where they had access. Installation of bathroom fan and access door was excellent and technician was very professional and knowledgeable. The contact at office was very helpful with our concerns and was able to help us with setup of project. Our overall experience with project was excellent.

I used Berry Insulation to blow cellulose insulation in my attic and for air sealing the house. This team is professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. They went above and beyond at every turn. They explained what they were doing in detail and showed me photos of before and after. They left everything cleaner than they found it. I got a few quotes and Berry Insulation came in somewhere the middle - a fair price for a job done right. I am extremely impressed with this company and their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough! As an aside, make sure you engage Columbia Gas (assuming they're your gas provider) for an energy audit before hiring an insulation company. You will get hundreds of dollars off of their work via rebates (instant and mail-in) if you do this. There is no downside! They may also give rebates for appliances and other repairs based on your needs.

Finding contractor of any kind in Cleveland is a very difficult task. They won't show up, if they do show up it takes them forever to quote. Martin Berry showed up and quoted the same day - two days later my job was completed.
