Came home on a Friday and discovered our water line had developed a persistent leak. Checked my neighborhood Facebook page and saw a lot of my neighbors were recommending Bill Frusco Plumbing. It was late, but gave them a call because they claimed 24/7 emergency service. A woman took my information and they called back first thing Saturday morning with a time they would be there. The technician was Brendan, who was great! He arrived when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us detailed options, along with his recommendation, as well as fair estimates for those options. We went with his recommendation, and although he didn't have the needed part on his truck, he quickly secured one from the supply house. Upon his return, he completed the work and resolved the problem in a timely manner. He asked if we had any questions about the work he did or if we had anything else we would like him to look at while he was there. My wife even discussed with him a potential future project she is interested in doing at the house and he made suggestions on what they could do to help. I would highly recommend Bill Frusco Plumbing. They are reliable, professional, and reasonable.

I had an excellent experience wirh Frusco Plumbing. Dan was very knowledgeable,had great customer service and went above and beyond completing the job. He reviewed other serious issues that I was not aware of while helping my mother in law with this job for her home. I have used other groups and paid $200 more for the same Bradford 40 gallon water heater. Excellent job!
