I think Brooke is very patient and allow you to choose at your pace. Also they work extremely fast, which was much appreciated and surprised compared to contractor I was working with at the time. I found them on my own becuz I was done taking recommendations from people. Wish I'd hire them for everything.

Would 100% recommend this company ! Great prices and the installers and workers are very polite and professional . If you want a job well done , this is where to go !

I would rate the workmanship with 5 stars and the reliability and professionalism with 1. Thus, the 3 stars. The work is great, but there is no regard for the customer schedule, having to change my busy schedule when they did not show at the specified time. Each day, they were hours late from the quoted starting time and they left the job for 4 hrs. on one day. Arrival times were never accurate and hours late. Having paid thousands, there was no follow up or thank you, as well as no response to e mails once the work was done

Blue Galaxy Marble replaced my kitchen island which includes a sink. They replaced my butcher block top with a beautiful granite countertop with a waterfall leg. They replaced my sink and also fixed and rebuilt the cabinets to make sure the island looked flawless. Brook, the manager, was a pleasure to work with. She was very flexible and was respectful of our budget and worked with us to make sure we were happy. She had great suggestions that were budget friendly. We took all her recommendations and absolutely love our island and new countertop. Dewyson executed all the work and did an amazing job. He was very professional, friendly, very hard working and detail oriented. We are very pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone. They got the work done quickly and beautifully and were very accommodating to our timelines.

They were so nice and helped me so much to find the perfect color of counters. They did the job really fast and it looks so good. They worked on my backsplash and cabinets, as well. I have had so many compliments from family and friends. We are so happy!

Our main contacts at Blue Galaxy were Brooke, the sales representative, and Junior, the technician who installed the quartz countertop. They were both outstanding in their in their respective jobs. Brooke kept us informed throughout the process sending us videos and updates on our "slab." Junior was amazing! He cheerfully kept things going in our 100 year old house with sloping floors and crooked walls! Every challenge was met with enthusiasm and hard work. He and his assistant worked tirelessly to get everything perfect. And they did! Our new countertops are beautiful!!!!

Brooke and Deywson made this an awesome experience from start to finish! Brooke went way out of her way to personally pick me up to take me to their warehouse to see slabs. Talk about customer service!! I was so happy she did because when I saw my pick in person, I did not like it. She patiently walked around with me until I found one I loved! Deywson made the template and in talking, he showed me where I could extend my countertop. I was pleased to no end because I was concerned about losing some prep area in going from a single to double sink. Now, in addition to the double sink, I gained prep area!! Brooke was very much in contact with me throughout the process, even sending videos of my kitchen in progress ! It was great! She is one of the most hard working people I have ever met and her commitment to customer service is above and beyond anything I ve ever seen!! Installation was yesterday and there was a little snag due to extending the countertop. Instead of being satisfied with a little misfit and gaps, Deywson said he was not happy with it and the piece went back to the shop to be adjusted, and then he returned with it and it was perfect!! He and the crew that was here treated my new kitchen as if it was their own. I absolutely can not say enough about Brooke and Deyson and the whole process. I have used Home Advisor for a number of jobs over the years, and this was, by far, my best experience!! I have also posted a review on their website.

Blue Galaxy did my friends kitchen couple years ago, I got their number from her. They schedule me within two days after my call and install my kitchen four days later. They were so kind, and so helpful with the whole process. They even help me with my kitchen design without a charge. I love my new granite counter tops, I ask a handful of their business cards to pass it around. I strongly suggest anyone is looking for perfection with great pricing to give them a call.
