The girl at the main office was my main problem. You have to keep calling Alana if you want any answers. On 2 separate occasions, she said she would call me back with information and never did. No apology any time. On the day they were supposed to come, I was given an estimated time of 11 am, no one showed up so I call Alana. She says the team was held up at the first job and would be late. Would have been nice to have gotten a call!! It just felt like my time was not valued at all and I would just be home all day. I had errands to run and that is why I scheduled it earlier in the day. They finally showed up 2 hours late, the guys were good and efficient and said they ran into a wasp nest at the first job. It would have been nice to have a lot more communication. I was not impressed with Alana at all but it was a good price and the guys were quick when they got there. I wish you could skip the office with terrible communication and just talk to the workers. Would not recommend the office staff, would recommend the people who came out and actually cut the tree.

Unfortunately, things do happen on the days of service that are out of our control, and the office staff cants control what happens on the field but they do their best to keep in touch with the multiple customers scheduled for that day. Again we do apologize for this inconvenience and will strive to make a better effort to contact the customers on a more regular basis, so thank you for your feedback we appreciate it."
