I found this service to be very helpful. There was a miscommunication and no cleaning supplies were brought however I had enough for dusting. The associate was very kind and caring while helping me go through my hoard. She also took all the items that I want donated. I will be requesting this service in the future.

They were very friendly but their cleaning leaves much to be desired. After they left, I went through the house and noted numerous things that were not done and should have been. My piano wasn't even dusted! I have mobility issues and could have done a much better cleaning job than what they did. I think from now on, I'll do the cleaning myself so that I KNOW it will be done properly. So disappointed.

In the time with you we removed roughly 10 bags of trash from the home, removed pet waste and shampooed carpets to remove the odors, cleaned the floors completed dishes and had a focus on the specific rooms you requested in the time that you booked.
