Chris came to my home and rekeyed my front door lock. He was very professional and answered any questions that I had. He gave me exceptional service and I would definitely recommend this company for service.

Very quick response even though they were a bit late. However, even though they did replace the lock at our condo unit, I ve been unable to get in contact with them for them to complete the job. Tech Cris said he would be back within the week but has not called. They needed to replace the box for the post office key outside which had been torn from our building. I have the techs phone number but his mailbox is full. Also I discovered today that some of the keys that he gave me do not fit. So overall, not a great experience, will have to call another locksmith and spend another day at it.

Horrible company. First they pushed the appointment back...then cancelled it, and only gave me 3 hours notice, in which i had taken a half day at my job to meet them at my house. Horrible service and inconsiderate of the customers time.

Reliable, knowledgeable, professional locksmith. He was able to assess a complicated mortise lock in a 135 year old door. He repaired two exterior locks. We will hire him again to install and repair other locks.

He gave me a great price and came out that evening even though I said it wasn't an emergency and I could wait until the next day. He arrived on time and was fast and courteous and explained everything he was doing and why. He also said I shouldn't have any more problems but if I did to call him and he would come ASAP and take care of it no charge. I have. It had to call as the work he performed has been without problem
