Hi! I had an excellent locksmith- Isaiah. He was there for less than 1/2 hr. He worked on a lock, but he did not replace the lock. The charge was $255. It was my fault that I did not ask for the price upfront, however, I was shocked at the charge.

Punctual, professional, friendly, good price. He was able to come the next day. Wasn't a problem for me to add an extra service after he had arrived.

All went well! I am happy and I saved money by just replacing one lock. The new key was made to match my exsisting house keys. Wonderful!

From the moment I spoke to Isaiah on the phone he relieved my anxiety about my lock problem. He asked the right questions including, if I could send photos of the door/lock, which i did. He immediately called me back and pretty much assured me that he could fix it and that I wouldn’t need a new lock, and he was right! Wow! He was professional, cordial, and new what he was doing. In fact, not only did he fix the problem, he installed the door knobs correctly, which was never done! I am extremely pleased with the outcome, pricing, timely repair, and arrival time of less than an hour, after an early evening call. He did it all with a smile!!!
