Excellent contractor will hire again

90% of the work Dave did was very good; however, the under counter lighting in the kitchen was a disaster. What he installed did not work and he never came back to fix it, despite being paid in full. At time of payment, Dave assured us that if anything he did became a problem, he would return to fix it. We emailed him 4 times asking when he would return to fix the LED lights. He never answered and never returned. I just hired another subcontractor to fix the problems Dave left us.

I initially hired Dave to install a phone jack at my business, but once he checked everything out, we realized I didn't need a wall jack after all. But what Dave did notice was all the wires and plugs around my checkout counter and he offered to install an outlet into my counter so I could hide all the wires! He even cut holes into the counter to run the wires into the outlet. He made it look very neat - way better than it was. I'm thrilled. He's very polite, thorough and even cleans up afterward. Dave is awesome! I will hire him again to do some lighting work in my store. Thanks Dave!
