Boyds Plumbing is very unprofessional and dishonest in his dealings. I am very disappointed in his dealings. Overcharging, his license should be revoked if he has one.

Based on my description of the problem, he provided over the phone a very fair and competitive esimate and explanation of what the repair would likely be. Shortly after reviewing his impressive reviews and recontacting him to request that he make the repair, he arrived at my home within 30 minutes with the parts for the repair. Once the job was completed, he showed what was done to fix the problem. He has many years of plumbing experience, is very knowledgeable of the area and is efficient with his work. I highly recommend him and I would utilize his services again if needed.

He called 20 mins after I applied online and I didn't even submit order yet. work needed gas co. found 3 pipe fittings leaking gas and Mr. Boyd came and did work in about an hour, cleaned up and gave good quote. awesome job I would recommend him for other projects.

Mr. Boyd responded quickly to our call. He took time to make a careful diagnosis. He located and unearthed our sewer air vent. Cleared the trap and the main sewer line. He was courteous, cleaned up after himself and his rates are reasonable.

Clarence worked out much better than Horizon, who left us with a leaky faucet. He couldn't fix the old faucet, so he gave us a new one. No more leak.

Clarence was on time and immediately diagnosticated the problem (where was it clogged)... And fixed within 20 minutes. Pricing was right between Horizon who could not find the problem and another plumber. I would defintely recommend.

Clarence was very friendly and scheduled my project very quickly. He didn't clean up after himself as much as I would like - had to follow behind to mop up water from drains and toilet. He was quite pricey for the work I needed done but probably my fault for not asking for a quote before having work done. He is a master plumber but for the few things I requested, I paid a lot of money.
