Although they called right away to get information about the job, they said they’d call back to schedule an appointment for the estimate but they never did. I contacted them to ask if they were still interested in the work. They said they were and would send someone out to give an estimate the following day. They did. I agreed to the estimate and scheduled the work. Two men showed up to make the repair. When I asked who to make the check out to it turns out the company had hired a subcontractor to do the work. So he told me to make the check out to him. It felt strange and I wasn’t happy that the company didn’t let me know who would be doing the work. Plus the guy who came out gave me his personal business information and kept telling me I should just hire him directly next time and that he could do the work for much cheaper. He was putting down Cleveland Bricks saying that they charge too much and that he was a much better person for the job or any other job I might need done. It was very unprofessional. He was also very rude to his “helper” and was ordering him around and treated him like dirt. Did not have a good feeling about it and won’t hire either again.

I think they were very respectful, kept their appointment, were very clean and kept it professional.
