This is the second pest control firm I contracted with and the difference is night and day. The technician at CCPC was more knowledgeable the previous firm and was willing to explain things to me that I did not realize before and all the people I have dealt with so far have been very courteous and willing to answer all the questions that I have had.

Every technician we have had in our home has been friendly and professional. The service is thorough. We have not had any indoor or garage insect problems since having their service. We also use them for an annual stinging insect spray. One year (on a Sunday), after the spray, we discovered a nest starting on our garage. I called them on Monday and a technician came out that day.
