This company performed this work for me under the premise that it was a lifetime guarantee and they went out of business. They asked to be paid in cash and 3 years later I need to have the work redone. Awful.

I had them install 2 liners and new damper and I thought chimney caps to keep animals out. Well only 1 cap was installed and I ended up with a nest of squirrels covering my fireplace chimney. The baby squirrels fell down into my fireplace and I had to pay a wildlife special to remove and relocate the nest and babies. Now I have to pay to have a chimney cap put on. When I tried to call the number on the work order it's disconnected.

Work was fantastic but the crew did not arrive until 10 am. It was dark as hell outside when they got done. Had they arrived early at dawn, the project would have been completed before dusk. Otherwise, they were great. They even were nice about the price. Will recommend.

John from DNG Complete Home Service recently (December 2020) installed a custom chimney cap, tarred around chimney flashing and sprayed waterproof coating on the chimney. John was nice and professional, and job was done with good quality and reasonable price. I am happy with the service, will ask them for help again and recommend to friends or neighbors!

They quoted to rebuild the chimney $140 per course for 10 courses and some other things but what they actually did was actual work done was replacing 17 bricks and breaking both teracotta blinders, cutting one down shorter and then not informing me of the changes until it was already completed.

This company is a complete fraud. The quality of their work is horrible. I had to get another chimney company to repair the chimney they did not finish (after 6 months of back and forth), and it cost me even more money. They actually tried several times to get full payment when they were not even half done and were not showing up or returning calls. They do not clean up after themselves and chimney work is very dusty and dirty work. They messed up the wall and had the audacity to say it was my fault because the drywall should have been stronger. I have to say the experience with DNG was one of the worst home improvement experiences I have ever had. They are based out of NY and apparently the travel time was an issue. I would strongly recommend going with another company. Use DNG at your own peril

I have lived here for 20 years and never had anything done to my chimney. The PGW report kept telling me I was using more energy than my neighbors. When D &G repaired and cleaned my chimney, I could tell a huge difference immediately. The heater had my house cozy in no time. The hot water worked so well, I didnâ  t know water could get that hot. I am so pleased with the work they did. Please put me on your list for my annual maintenance. True professionals in every sense of the word! ⠤︠⠤ï¸Â

Although they got good Ratings and Reviews, I would never use them again due to lack of communication and lack of proper documentation to do the work. I had a hard getting my refund back due to the fact that they could not complete the job due to not having insurance.

I hired them to check out my gas fireplace. My issue is they were not professional, came into my house with their wet boots on, and wanted 1800.00 to repair or 3000.00 to replace, They were supposed to send me a proposal and never have, I called a few times and they never called back. They charged me 100 for the service call and asked for a tip so I gave them 5.00 more they did not give me a receipt.
