I dropped something on my smooth top stove and the glass shattered. I looked online for someone to possibly replace it. It took me to Angies List where I found Dustin. I called him (of course it was during the COVID 19 outbreak) and he was at our house within 1 1/2. He was very polite and immediately started looking up for the replacement part. He explained everything up front to us and gave us all our options. I highly recommend if you have any appliances that need repair, call Dustin. He is in my contacts list now in case we have any other repairs needed. Very prompt and courteous and answered my texts within a very short period of time. Thanks so much Dustin!!!

He went beyond repairing the door to our dishwasher. He disassembled moving parts and cleaned them. He also cleaned under our refrigerator and showed us how to clbt monthly to improve efficiency.

We were contacted by DR Appliance Repair (through HomeAdvisor) because our LG gas dryer (3 years old) did not heat. Dustin was unable to diagnose the problem. He said it was unfixable and simply told us to buy a new dryer. For this, he charged us $85. Per his recommendation, we bought a new gas dryer for $1200 through Costco. The problem of no heat persists. We reached out to Dustin who indicated he would come back and take a look, but he was a no-show. He said we should contact the gas company. Very disappointed because we likely wasted $1200 on the new dryer which is nonfunctional like the one it replaced.
