Asphalt Sealing
They did not complete the sealing of my driveway to my satisfaction. They said they would use commercial sealant and crack filler. The sealant was runny. The driveway looked OK on the day they did it but within days cracks started showing. I called them several times, talked to Vito twice and he promised me they would come back and correct any problems. They never came and will not answer the phone. Their 2 year guarantee is worthless.

He contacted me very quickly on a Sunday in late May but I said I couldn't get the work done until Friday. Monday he calls to have me meet him and I'm assuming he just wants to look at the roof with me. He says the work is done and expected payment that day. I reminded him that I didn't have the money until Friday and didn't understand why he would preform the work already. Finally we agreed to a post dated check but I paid over price from what my insurance company told me. Now, as I'm writing this review, my roof is leaking again in the same location. I will call back tomorrow and demand they fix the work that was clearly not done well.

They did an awesome, awesome job on my asphalt driveway. They were nice, personable, accommodating, responsible, timely and professional. They removed all debris after job was done. My driveway looks fantastic!

I had a new driveway installed by this company, I have had weeds growing up through the paving as soon as Spring started. I have contacted this company 4 times and was told they would come out and fix the problems. Four appointments were made and they never showed or even called to reschedule the appointments. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I am out thousands of dollars.

We hired this company because we had water leaking around a skylight. They charged us $980 and spent less than 20 minutes doing some caulking on the roof. Needless to say, it didn't fix the problem. After 3 trips out here and many phone calls, it's still leaking. I put a bad review on Home Advisor and I was told if I took the review down, I would get my money back. Needless to say, my review is no longer posted and I still don't have my money back. This company cares more about their reviews than doing a good job and taking care of the customer. Do not hire them. I had to go ahead and hire someone else and I'm out my $980.

I was very skeptical of this company at first because all the other companies that I spoke with told me my garage roof needed to be replaced and could not be repaired. However, I hired them since the owner was very confident and the work was done immediately and pretty well. I have no more leaks. Im leaving this review to advise of the good work they did and to also make sure the two year warranty for Greenheath dr has a date. They provided an invoice that didnt have their company name and wrote two year warranty on the bottom. Otherwise, I really hope I can get their business card to recommend them further.

The estimate was for 12,000.00 but the job ended up costing me 16,000.00. I had shingles that blew off in the first storm, they bent the gutters and those are leaking, and they never finished the one side. I made the big mistake of paying them before it was done. I have complained to the owner 4 times and all he says is they will take care of it, but they never came back. Update: You stood in my front lawn and looked at them yourself. The shingles are sitting in my garage after I picked them up off my lawn if you would like to see them again. You said you would send someone back to repair but you never did.

"When we tore off the roof the sheeting in the rafters was rotten so we had to replace all of the bad rafters because it was not structurally sound. That is where the additional cost came in. We did inform her before we started any work that if this was the case there would be an additional cost. Other companies quoted her way over 16000 so we still ended up saving her money. We informed her in beginning that the gutters needed replaced and she did not want to pay to get them replaced, also and when she did call us we did respond and there were absolutely no shingles missing."

I wanted to give a high rating for the quality of the work, but, there was discrepancy regarding the number of the plywood sheets. I could never reach him, his voice mail was always full. He spouse to replace the roof, the original quote was 9800, then increase by 8500, do to the increase of the number of plywood sheets. The Foreman told me 40 sheets was replaced, he said most of them were replaced, some of them not, the owner said it was 60 sheets. I requested pictures to prove how many plywood sheets was replaced. The roof was bad, I understand that, but I would like him to provide pictures as he promised. I never received anything in writing for the additional cost, and no written guaranty. .
