While he was in my attic, he noticed and pointed out roof damage I wasn’t even aware of—something that saved me from a much bigger problem down the road. The Porsche charging equipment wasn’t very user-friendly, but Billy stuck with it, read through the details, and patiently waited until we were able to get the car to start charging properly.
