To make this comment I had to complete a false evaluation. It was too late to use them for my last tenant turnover. That was my fault not theirs. I talked with the company, liked what I heard and certainly do intend to use them the next time I have a tenant turnover. They answered all of my q's to my satisfaction and sound as if they are exactly what I am looking for. I will call them promptly when I next need a cleaning company.

The owner verbally agreed to help w/ packing after our house was cleared out (we asked for an afternoon of her time). Later, she said she would not honor that agreement because it was not included by her in the paperwork. Because we were clearly upset, she said her son & husband would help us move our few remaining bits of furniture into the POD that would be parked outside of the house. She reneged on that verbal agreement as well. Whatever you do, be sure you get her to put everything in writing!

I called Dominquez Cleaning Service without knowing much about them. I found them online and read their reviews, they sounded good - so I hired them and hoped for the best. And they are THE BEST! Caroline went out of her way to accommodate us (regarding the day that we needed the job done) and she and her crew did a great job cleaning my sister's house. Everything was spotless! They also shampooed the carpets, as I had requested, and they looked fabulous. I strongly recommend Dominquez and would gladly hire them again.
