I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience with Dominicâ s Appliances. The first technician who came out said there was nothing wrong with our dishwasher but made inappropriate comments towards both me and my girlfriend. We had to make another appointment as the dishwasher continued not to work. The second technician informed us that the dishwasher was too old to be repaired with the tools he had on hand and said the first technician should have noticed this. He scheduled a follow-up visit for the following week. On the day of the appointment, I received a text saying they couldnâ t come due to their truck not working, which was surprising for a supposedly large appliance business. I rescheduled, and the last appointment was set for a Thursday. However, the day before, I received a call saying they were trying to deliver the dishwasher on Wednesday, even though they previously claimed my appointment was actually on Tuesday. I asked them to call my partnerâ s phone and provided the number, but on the day of the scheduled drop-off, they claimed to have called her. When I checked, she had received no call or message. After I followed up, they immediately called her, making it clear they had lied about contacting her earlier. Iâ ve been very patient with Dominicâ s Appliances over the past few weeks, but the lack of professionalism and outright dishonesty was shocking. To make matters worse, I was laughed at when I tried to address the issue. Unfortunately, as a renter, I have no choice but to deal with this company. I hope they improve their customer service because this was one of the worst experiences Iâ ve had. if you are a woman and are thinking about using them I highly recommend looking elsewhere to avoid feeling uncomfortable and gaslit in your own home â ï¸

Very disappointed in their after the delivery service, They put a dryer in my home and I could not close the door because the vent behind the dryer would not let it go back any further. The dryer has knockout holes to run the vent through either side so I do not know why they did not do that from the beginning. I called 3 times over a few weeks and told them I will pay for the service..... never got a return call. They just lost my business and my recommendations when asked.

Dominic's Appliance sent a professional, prompt, and efficient technician to repair my oven. It's been a few months and it's still working, so I'd say they did a great job! The only negative was we asked the tech about if something was possible. We wanted to extend the flexi gas line to move the oven over a foot and he said it couldn't be done and we would have to install more black pipe thru the floor. That was not accurate at all and only served to freak us out about that task for a month.

The team at Dominic's are very helpful. They repaired my refrigerator on time. Other companies in the area I called just try to sell me a new fridge.

The Technician was very polite and he explained findings thoroughly.

The repairs to my range were very easy and quickly fixed. My only issue is that the service call charge is very high and will be going up.

Repair was accomplished quickly and effectively despite difficult conditions. Cleanup was thorough and meticulous.

Skyler did an excellent job and was very timely. I was at my wit's end with a dishwasher that wouldn't drain and he came through. He answered my questions and addressed concerns regarding my options for fixing the dishwasher. Very patient. He was also able to identify some plumbing issues we were having as well. Dishwasher now works as good as new. I would definitely recommend the company to others. They get the job done.
