Don was prompt, reasonable, and did a great job. Carpets were dry within a few hours. Would use him again.

Don called me first thing in the morning after I reached out through Angi’s list and came over within a 1/2 hour. He was very personable and efficient! The stain mostly came out. I didn’t expect it to all come out due to the color of the stain and time it had set into the carpet, but he was pretty confident it would come out. It was still better than nothing and worth me not having to clean it!

Don did a great job on my carpet. Just working by himself, he made my 20-year old carpet look like new. I was considering replacing the carpet, but now I don’t have to.

Did job within 24 hrs. Not sure if his rotary style cleaning is better than modern steamer carpet cleaners.

Don, was very kind and friendly! Don called immediately and was at my house in 40 minutes. He put spray down on my mattress that he said, “his father olds the patent for.” He did an amazing job! I thanked him for his service.

Don did an excellent job with the stripping, cleaning and waxing of a vinyl floor in my orthodontic office. One area was particularly stained and he did an amazing job with this restoration. He was very efficient and worked around my patient schedule. I would highly recommend him!

Don overall did a great job. He is a one-man company, and we worried that he was not going to be able to effectively do it all in one day, but he did. He will go over any overly stained areas if you ask him to.

Don did an excellent job. We have 3 dogs and a lot of dirt on our sectional and chair! He was very thorough with vacuuming it first then cleaning it. Our furniture is much brighter. I would highly recommend Don. He is also a great communicator!, which I value very much.

Set up the appointment on Friday, 1-23-2026, for Saturday morning, 1-24-2026. Showed up on time. Explained what we are going to do. I didn't completely understand his process. He didn't need to hook up to the water. I didn't see the machine he used. I was downstairs, and the 2 bedrooms, hallway, and staircase were upstairs. He also did a lower staircase. I only saw him with a brush and a spray bottle. He explained that he sprays this solution and makes the dirt disappear. I didn't realize this was all he planned on doing. I asked him if he had gone to vacuum it or if I should vacuum it up. He said I didn't have to do anything. I was going to check upstairs, but he said dont walk on the wet stairs. I paid him $315 in cash as he asked. He gave me a receipt, and as he was walking out the door, he said, yeah, good thing I didn't have any pet stains My mouth dropped open. I thought I told him about the pet stains before and during the time he was here. I waited a bit and went upstairs. There were swirl marks on the carpet, but not into the corners. The worst stain I told him where they were. It didnt look any different. Maybe a little cleaner in the middle of the rooms. BUT, the pet stains were still the same. Not happy, and I don't want him back here. I'm going to have to pay someone else to clean them. I tried googling cleaners, and I thought Angi would know the best people. A day or two later, I found him on Yelp with 1 star. Everyone complained about the same thing: he didn't clean it. I checked with Angi 3 years ago and had a horrible experience. I was told by others that they used Angi with no problems. Sorry, but there is no way I would trust Angi again. This has cost me $1500 using this service twice.

All I can say is...WOW. my furniture and rug look great. Don was in time, friendly and thorough very impressed with his workmanship, and product. I would highly recommend him and wil definitely use him again on my next project. Than You Sir!

Efficient and personable

Don was extremely nice and I would have loved to give him a better review but my sofa only looks slightly better than it did before. After spending over $400 I was really hoping for a better outcome.

Next day service! Don got carpet stains out that were literally years old when other carpet cleaners couldn't remove them. He knows his stuff and uses pet friendly / family friendly cleaners that really work! Our couches and carpets looks great! I would recommend!
