Do not use this company. They are a scam and do not follow up to complete the agreed upon service. If I could give negative stars I would. It is crazy that Home Advisor even allows this company on the site. I scheduled a repair for for my dishwasher and they came out on Sunday March 20th 2016 to do the initial assessment and charged their standard fee, which was to be credited towards the total repair. I was told they would need to order the part and that they would be in contact with me the next day. That day came an went. I called them on Tuesday and the individual at their office said the service tech should have called me. They informed me that the part had been ordered and that it would be in the next day. He also said that the service tech would be calling me back that night to discuss. The service tech eventually called and then informed me that the part would now not be until Thursday and that he would send me an updated estimate later Tuesday night showing the total cost of the parts. He also claimed that he most have had the wrong cell phone number as he had left messages for someone about the repair. At this point I thought is was just an honest mistake. He then stated that he would be contacting me on Thursday when the part arrived to setup some time on Friday to finish the repair. Thursday came and went without any contact in regards to the repair. On Thursday night I contact the office again to inquire in regards to the status of the part and the repair since I had received any contact from either the main office nor the service tech. The main office said that I should contact the service tech directly, which i did. The service tech then informed me that the wrong part had been delivered and that they would need to re-order. He stated that he would call me on Friday to provide an update in regards timing. Friday then came and went without any update/contact from the main office nor the service tech as promised. On Sunday morning I contact the service tech directly both via phone and text message and did not get any response. I then called the main office number and was told that the service tech would be contacting me within the hour. That never happened. I attempted to contact both the service tech and the main office several times thoughout the day but was not able to get through to anyone.

They came out the first time and did a good job but my repair wasn't done and I had to chase them aroumd for them to come back and complete the repair even though I had paid in advance.

"Due to the hours for your repair to be made you where not available also your install for a bellow was made free the day we repaired your clog you only paid for part in which we charge $89.95 to install. The initial repair was a clogged pump which was fixed and you paid for. In advance you paid for a part only which we charged you no labor for we apologize if you feel mistreated but you had to be scheduled in a very busy log of customers for a repair we gave as a courtesy for free to you. We truly love our customers but we don't find it far when we offer courtesy for no reason but the fact you are our customer then we get a bad review."

Prompt, courteous and got my refrigerator working in no time. Even swept the area behind the refrigerator before they moved it back in place. I recommended them to my sister to have her stove serviced. Would recommend them without a second thought to anyone.
