Mr Bey is very processional. He arrived when he said he would. A full explanation of the problem was provided. Mr. Bey informed me of the cost invoiced for each part installed and explained why needed. He did not leave until the unit was working properly -- he continued to work in the pouring rain under an umbrella. Truly dedicated to his trade. I would definitely recommend him.

Our heater was not working on one of the coldest days so far, he called us back right away on a Sunday and came right out to take a look. Unfortunately needed a part that he couldn’t get on a Sunday but was back first thing Monday morning to fix our heater. Very nice guy!!!

Heat Pump Repair or Service
I hired him to repair my heat pump because it was not working in the middle of winter. I was freezing. He could not fix it after coming to the house 2 different times. He said he'd return when the weather was nicer. What? He was too cold!! So he left me in the cold. What did I pay this guy for?

I hired Gabriel and his son to do preventative maintenance on my forced air heater. They were thorough, friendly, and considerate. Gabriel Sr. gave me great advice to better care for my heating system. The pricing was fair and I would definitely recommend them.

Gabriel and his son were punctual, polite, and thoughtful. They pinpointed the problem for a rather atypical case pretty quickly, and did not hesitate to reach out to other experts in their network to confirm solutions. The quality of work was fantastic. Their customer service was great. They both seem like really good people who cared about my family and our heating needs in the middle of winter. Highly recommended.

Professional and competent. Showed up on time, in fact a bit early; and cleaned up when done. Highly recommended. Comparatively a bit higher priced than the competition, but not enough to keep me from continuing to use the service. Very pleased.

He knows about A/C, but he seems to be money orientated, so every bit of his expertise is about money.

This is an exceptionally hard review to write, as Gabriel (and son/apprentice!) are both so professional and are seemingly decent folks. We were, however, disappointed in the outcome, and here's why: Our appointment was for 10am, and they actually arrived early and called to see if we minded if they got started. No problem! However, I originally called /left message that I felt our home suffered from poor Vent/equipment/size design and was hoping for a thorough walk through /consult to see what vents/returns lead where- what the pressures/temps were at the vents, etc. (I also texted that our coolant may be low) What ended up happening, (and why I'm so frustrated) is without walking through our whole home- he began looking at the usual suspects: Coolant pressure/condenser performance and so forth. After a change out of 70.00 capacitor (to perhaps speed up our condenser fan a bit?) He then proceeded to clean the outside condenser, then the inside evaporator. After all that work. It turns out the temperature at the coil is in the high 50s. Yet the temps at the vents were high 60s. (don't know what the coil or vent temps were before the work) After 2+ hours of work, it was then decided to discuss the vent situation. He then did a walk through the whole house and determined that there was inadequate return air/venting on the first floor. Sadly, he left some 4 hours ago, and our home isn't that much cooler than when he started work. We still can't get below 79 degrees. Questions Q1 Why not a thorough walk through and vent discussion before work began? Can't some device /experience determine proper air flow before work begins? Q2) Why no "before" temperature at vent readings? I know what my vent and coil temps are now, (after his cleaning services) but don't know what they were before he stated. Things may have improved a bit, but I have no way of knowing that. I'll be blunt. Perhaps because it's still rather warm in my home, and our 2 ton unit is still not cooling our home well- I ended up paying quite a bit for maintenance, which perhaps was somewhat needed, but was not truly necessary to address the fundamental problem he'd been called out for. What would have been more honorable is 1) Up front- It's $90.00 to show up, and 70/hr labor. Please tell customers that before arrival. I guess it was nice that he only charged one hour labor- but that extra hour was spent on things that didn't really help us much. 2) I would rather NOT have had the basic maintenance done at this time (not high on our priority list) without there being some clear benefit. 3)Some areas of our internal/evaporator unit needed re taping with foil as there were some air leaks from the unit. To recap- I needed an examination of our system and a set of recommendations. I did not need basic maintenance. Outcome : Perhaps our condenser fan runs a little faster, perhaps our units are cleaner, but after $335.00 we are not
