What I thought was going to be a easy dryer vent cleaning turned out to be an eye opener as to how complicated my dryer vent layout is and the fact the vents may never have been cleaned before. The vents are all located in the walls and we had no idea of the number of bends and turns they had. But, Ductz used every trick in their books to get the vents cleaned and did not leave until it was done. Bags of lint were removed. I am truly thankful for their perseverance. I doubt other companies would have gone through the effort to complete the job.

Excellent service and outcome. Friendly, very thorough and knowledgeable. Care taken to keep interior clean and dust-free during and following duct cleaning and replacement...prices very fair! Would certainly recommend to others....

Jabbar arrived on time, even though we were in the midst of off and on rain showers. Although he came to clean the dryer vent duct he quickly diagnosed that the was a hole in the duct. He was able to locate the hole and repair it without destroying the ceiling, as the duct runs above the ceiling to the dryer. I was impressed with his determination to make the repair and him honoring my request to minimize the size of the whole, (he almost was working blind until I told him it was ok to enlarge the hole). The final positive was the cost. I felt it was very fair based on the time and effort he expended. My dryer is now working like new.

Jabbar and his assistant got right to work, explaining clearly all they were doing, took great care not to let dust and dirt get on furniture and floors. We saw - and smelled - the excellent results immediately. We felt cost was reasonable, especially since this is surely no do-it-yourself project. We would also recommend the optional deodorizing and anti-microbial treatment if your vents and ducts have not been cleaned in a long time.

The workmen were courteous, careful, and professional. My only complaint was that I was told they would arrive between noon and 2:00 pm. When they did not arrive by 3:00 I had to call and be told that they were held up in traffic after an unexpectedly long previous job. I would have appreciated an unsolicited courtesy call advising me of this.
