Wonderful experience from start to finish! Initial steps were a video call to get an estimate & then someone came out to look over the project. The entire fence was done in a day! The installers really wowed me! They were so kind & thorough & cleaned up after! 10/10!

He did a wonderful job!! I can tell he listened to my concerns and came straight way and promptly returned to correct them. I did mentioned that I didn't like the plain board, but I was going to deal with it. He took it down, and put it back up at my request. But he did it incorrectly the second time?, it's shorter and not as flush as the first board install. Again he was very accommodating and neat. Thank you 🙏🏾. Think I can get a longer board & one that sits flush. I appreciate your professionalism and patience with my project!!

Great job installing the fence

I was given very accurate information and was given four fence options. Everything was very easy.

Do NOT use Ergeon through Angi. What should have been a simple fence project turned into a 4-month nightmare of incompetence, misinformation, delays, and zero communication. I was repeatedly given incorrect permit information, had 3 different project managers, sat on endless hold times trying to get answers, and ultimately had to obtain the permit myself because their permitting department could not complete it correctly after months of trying. I essentially became the unpaid project manager for my own project. To make matters worse, while their contractors were actively demolishing my fence, they tried to hit me with a $650 change order because THEY failed to verify measurements beforehand. Completely unacceptable. The only competent part of this process was the local installers they subcontracted. Angi should seriously reconsider partnering with companies like this. Save yourself the stress and shop local.

He made everything possible to answer my questions about everything about the fence project and assured from warranty to pricing. They are the only company that follows up within 24 hours if something pops up with a question.
