Our experience with Eric was much as others described. He called when it became evident that he was running late and arrived when he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He warranties his work, leaves his contact number and was friendly and professional throughout the visit. Definitely recommend calling Eric.

Eric and his son Chris were both courteous and professional. Eric kept me up to date on evry step of the job. I paid more than some of the contractors I got estimates from but they did so much more work than the others offered. The did electrical, masonary and plumbing. Erics' work was very professional. If I had to use one of the other contractors I would have had to have a separate electrician, cement contractor and plumber which would have cost me a fortune. If You want the work done right and in a professional manor definitely use ERIC MONILLAS!!

Immediately called me back. He made an appointment for the same day and said he would call if could not keep it. When the time came, and he had not arrived, I called him. He said he was just going to call me. He did show up the next morning on time. He was efficient, job done and all is working fine.

Eric showed up the day I called, came late and worked with my schedule. He was very knowledgeable, told me all my options and helped me figure out what I needed to repair. He had all the parts with him and put in a brand new motor system. Very pleased with the service and work.

I was very pleased with the repairs and adjustment on my garage door . Eric had to undo the poor job that was done by another installer. It took some time but in the end was well worth it. Would definitely recommend him.

ESM contacted me immediately after submitting a request to Home Advisors. They arrived within 2 hours and performed the repairs in less than hour. The damaged springs and pulleys needed replacement, and ESM had the necessary spare parts with them. In all aspects they were very professional.
