Joseph did an excellent job repairing my dryer at a reasonable price.

Not sure about the installation service, the service needed a gasket that needed to be purchased online so I didn't end up installing it. I will hire again to test the installation service If I know what part to buy next time.

Stephen went above and beyond. I had difficult issues with installing my microwave. He figured it all out and I couldnâ t be happier with the completed job. It took more time then anticipated but he stayed until it was completed.

I inquired on a Saturday Morning, got a call within minutes, and he was out to my house in 2 hours. Very nice, efficient and solved the problem.

Technician took the dishwasher apart to find the source of the odor (a common problem with some newer dishwashers). I pre-wash/heavy rinse my dishes before placing them in the washer, so standing water or filter issues are minimal. The technician cleaned off several parts and recommended cost-effective ways to keep the unit smelling fresh. He did not have to replace parts which is why I marked the value for the money a little lower.

He called as soon as I entered the project and said he could do the repair the same day. Nice guy, fixed the dryer, gave some very good advice about how to avoid the problem in the future. However, needs to be more professional about informing customers of charges PRIOR to repair. I was told the service call fee would be deducted from the bill if I chose to complete the repair. I asked about this twice and he confirmed. Received no itemized bill, only a PayPal digital invoice after paying (my fault, should have known better). When I asked where was the deduction I was told it was an after-hours visit and considered an emergency call which was not mentioned until I questioned the charges. Mind you he was on his way at 3:00 and said he was stuck in traffic. Needs to be professional about informing customers of all charges IN WRITING upfront.

Knew exactly what was wrong within 15 min. Refrigerator was running within 40 min. I still him coming back to replace circuit board. Great job.

Came right away as some others have commented and was a good guy, very polite but was trouble shooting by trial and error. Ended up not repairing unit and buying a new fridge.

Very professional. He came right away. He knew what he was doing and explained it to us. He stayed till it worked and he called back the next day to be sure everything was working ok. Told us if any problems to give him a call. A very nice young man.

I have a problem with the igniter of gas oven. Joseph came in the same day to diagnose the issue and came back the next day with the part. He completed the job and my gas oven works normally. However, I personally don't think it is worth the money because the amount I spent for repair is more than 50% value of a brand new gas oven. Overall, I am happy with the customer service and the friendliness Joseph provided.

Had an issue with our fridge after Thankgiving day and called them out to take a look at it. Turns out we just had too much food in fridge and some of it was blocking vents so the air could not circulate. The tech was very nice and explained to prevent this int he future.

Joseph was a pro from beginning to end. Went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect! And it was.
