As soon as I finished emailing servicemagic Ferko Plumbing had called me. He came out the same day. I had several plumbers come out and was told I needed thousands of dollars worth of work. Ferko came out - snaked my pipes - and solved the problem within 2 hrs. and he cleaned everything up. The bill was $150.00. He did a great job and saved me thousands of dollars. If I ever need a plumber, he"ll be the first one I call.

I received a call within 30 seconds of submitting the request. They showed up 15 minutes early. Were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, helped with something else, and were done earlier than expected. They were great! I'd hire them again!

Ferko was on time, at the time that he said he would arrive,with the proper equipment and parts and completed the job in a proper manner. He properly cleaned up after his work and definitely we would hire him for future problems.

I called Shortly before noon and received a phone call and quote within 10 minutes. Received two additional quotes within two hours. Was satisfied with quote from F F Drain and sewer. They ordered the agreed upon Bradford White water heater and completed the installation by 5 p.m. They were very thorough and professional. They removed the old heater and corrected some additional work to enhance the installation. There were no hidden charges and all parts were included and available for a very professional installation. I recommend these people for quality service. A job well done

the guy was prompt, courteous and knowledgable. he answered my questions, cleaned up after himself and was a pleasure. the poor guy even got hurt in my basement (cut himself badly on the top of his head...bleeding perfusely) but he contined to work and was more concerned about me (he was worried that i was afraid that he might sue me...wanted to assure me that he had no such plan...he was really great) i would recommend and use their services again, and again.

Frank responded to my request immediately on a Fri, after 5p. He spent time to evaluate my problem and arranged to come back first thing Mon. Arriving on time, he did exactly what he explained he would do. He worked efficiently, was clean, and very courteous. After some time and still not reaching a solution, he needed to attend to another customer but promised to come right back. He was back in less than 20 min and continued to worked until he resolved my problem. I could not be more satisfied with his workmanship. I'm sure he spent much more time then he estimated, but billed me exactly what he said he would. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Frank!

I called them to replace my water heater. They did a great job, were extremely professional and the price was very reasonable. They listened to me and answered all my questions before we started. Next time I have a plumbing project they will be the first people I'll call.

Mr. Devore was initially courteous, pleasant and professional. He arrived to the site on time, diagnosed the problem, the gas stove needed a short gasoline replaced, and completed the job in a timely manner. My tenants were pleased and I was ecstatic! I would use him again as a second choice only because his prices were a little higher than the other professional I hired through this service.

The job itself has been fraught with problems because the contractor started job, but did not complete and left it me, the decorator to hire plumbers, electrician, etc. I found F&F from this website and originally chose them because they gave the best quote. I am very pleased with their service and quality of workmanship. Job still has not been completed, but that is not due to F&F . I will use them in the future. They are reliable and honorable-very rare traits to find in the contracting world.
