Tito is an absolute craftsman with a highly professional work ethic. He assured us of his capability to restore the church gymnasium ceiling to mimic the adjoining sections of original plaster and metal lath which had been torn out following a fastener failure and subsequent release of materials (collapse); our structure being 100+ years of age. Tito supplied all manner of scaffold and lift equipment to handle the 14 feet in elevation job and draped the area to minimize dust and debris. The finished product is sheer perfection, indistinguishable from the rest of the original sections - and even better as it is safe, secure and sound. We cannot thank him enough, but to recommend him without hesitation and will call on him for future projects, partnering in trust and sincerity as he gave to us. Good word of mouth referrals among those in houses of faith goes a long way. God bless the skilled hands of genuine and kind hearts!

What started as a small dry wall repair turned into a huge reconstruction of the exterior wall and roof as he discovered severe wood rot and ant infestation. He rearranged his schedule to take a week and half to tear out and rebuild everything - truly a lifesaver!

The job was done very efficiently yet fast. The clean up was very good. No trace of debris left behind. My questions were answered and I received invaluable education on what to do to treat windows to prevent water getting into the walls.

Very professional. Tito was straight forward with the estimate, showed up on time professionally dressed and with everything needed to complete the job. Very professional! He came in and gave me an estimate for the work that had to be done. A few days later he showed up to complete the work. I would definitely use him again.

I sent review in already week ago. Don’t know what happened with it.... I’ll try to summarize here and hope I won’t be asked again! Works seems to be excellent - ended up had to do some drywall, plumbing, floor tile work. Mannerisms, price fine. However, got into almost ridiculous situation; Tito broke toilet top cover, offered immediately offered to pay for it, I went to a lot of effort to find correct one on eBay, notified him of cost before ordering, notified him when it came and reminded him of cost. To make long story short, it took several more weeks with limited communications before he sent check for reimbursement. So in almost all cases Tito would probably be fine. In my case we got into this post-job situation. BTW, I had paid him immediately during and after work completed.
