Professional and fast.

I hired them in July 2020 to do a silver coat on my roof with a warranty. They were called out multiple times to complete the metalwork. It took them over a month to get that done. I just had chimney work done and the company informed me with pictures the roofers did not complete the silver coat on my roof. I cannot reach the company, as the phone number listed on their website is no longer in use. Thanks a lot! Stay away as they are not honest or reliable.

They were contracted to repair the soffit around my porch roof, to replace a down spout coming from my third floor. They replaced my porch roof and they wanted to replace shingles on my third floor b/c they were there. The roof was done, and still waiting for the down spout to be replaced and the soffit to be repaired. I have already sent them notification about my dissatisfaction. When they complete the job as contracted, I will update their rating

The servicemen came on time, they did the work which they identified to be done and finished it cleanly and timely.

We have 3 projects on the roof in 3 houses for The first Response company. Mo and David are very professional and did a great job for the repairing shingle roof, repair gutter, and coating the flat roofs. They are very nice to explain the work when we do not understand. We re going to use this company for our other houses from now on.

I was really happy with the work that was done, they were on time and worked in a very professional manner and I believe they did a exceptional job.

I had a very good experience from start to finish. Even due to being caught up in the mix of a pandemic First Response was very dependable when it came to completing my skylight. I will definitely recommend this company to others and I will continue to use them for future projects.

They took pictures of what they found and gave us a good price. They did the work and showed us pictures of it. Really nice work. We really appreciate them. Thank you.

They came out did the job but didn t finish because they didn t have foam to go around the drain so they had to come back said it would be later that day but it ended up being 3 days later smh so I won t really know how good the work is until it rains real bad to see if any water gets thru

Very wonderful customer service. Owner's wife Krysta is the best ever. Matt the contractor is also very nolageble and great to detail what's best for the project. Recommend them to the fullest.
