Angelo, one of the great Technicians at Fresh Air Flow performed my first gas furnace annual preventative service plan maintenance visit a few days ago. He arrived on time, actually a bit early, checked everything visually and with instruments. He explained what he was doing, the results and what they meant in layman's language. He made sure the unit is ready for the winter. Everything checked out fine. Angelo is very interested in doing a job correctly the first time, and it shows. I chose Fresh Air Flow to replace my current HVAC system, add a second zone for the upstairs, and replace my water heater with a tankless. From the beginning to the end they were professional, respectful, prompt and knowledgeable. The estimate discussions with Ian were non pressured and very informative. At least 10 of their employees were involved from sealing and replacing the ductwork, adding the new systems, and resolving issues such as warm spots, rotting ducts in the slab and reduced water pressure. Ben, the owner, assessed each challenge with his team and ensured they were thoroughly addressed. They prioritized successful completion and customer satisfaction vs moving on to the next job. OMG I love FreshAir Ben and his team really explain things they are not trying to charge you for things you donâ t need clean friendly professional great sense of humor. Love this company! They have installed HVAC in my home, my businesses and several apartments that I own. They are friendly, accommodating and they know their stuff. Best of all they are honest. At one of my apartment units the property manager had their HVAC guy come in to check a faulty unit. Quoted me $4,500. The team recommended several options for my unique setup and was diligent and expedient in providing detailed proposals for each option. They also answered all my questions in detail to help me design a custom system to best meet my needs. It was clear from the proposal stage that the professionals at Fresh Air Flow were exceptionally knowledgeable and well experienced. The installation experience was nothing short of stellar. The crew was on time every single morning and left on time every day. They were very courteous and extremely neat. When they were done for the day, you wouldnâ t even know they were here! Despite having to cut through drywall, there was not a speck of dust left anywhere. I was very impressed with the crew that was sent to my home to replace my furnace. They were professional,efficient,curtious, and very respectful of my property. I was without heat and they were able to schedule me quickly and replaced my furnace in just two days. Their pricing was very competitive and fair. I call fresh air flow with a heating problem that I have the day before that freezing storm, Ben was very kind and professional and send me a team right away with a high priority! They try to repair my old one, but itâ s more than 60 years old and there was no way to do that so before the holiday and the storm he he prioritize my new boiler to be installed. I got an update by text message, every step of the way and fully communicate with the professional technicians, the price was more than excellent and affordable and more important, the service was excellent. A few weeks ago, after an advanced visit from Ian, a trustworthy Fresh Air Flow HVAC Advisor, during which time, we went over models and he recommended the size ac and furnace, Shawn and Dennis from Fresh Air Flow installed our new Carrier Air Conditioner and Furnace system. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and tidy. They worked together really well and knew their jobs. Very professional!
