Fresh air flow HVAC company did an excellent job installing a new Wi-Fi thermostat, cleaning the ductwork and installing insulation on the metal ducts in the basement and doing a spring turn up Specifically, Sagiv, Alex and Sam did a great job. I can recommend them to you with that reservation.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Ben and James are exactly the kind of people you hope to find when dealing with something as important as your home’s HVAC. From the first phone call, Ben was professional, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me—not just making a sale. James, the technician, showed up right on time, was incredibly respectful of my space, and clearly knew his stuff. They didn’t cut corners, used a quality product, and got everything done in a reasonable time for a very fair price. What stood out most, though, was their character. These are just good, solid guys who take pride in their work and clearly want to do right by their customers. They weren’t pushy, they explained everything clearly, and they treated me like a person, not just another job. If you’re looking for an HVAC company that you can actually trust, this is the one. The team at Fresh Air Flow is exceptional. 5 Stars from initial response to delivery of new system! I had used FAF to keep my 26 year old system running (shout out to Angelo!). Never any pushy sales tactics, just recommendations about my upgrade options. When the system finally died Ben came out right away to get the ball rolling on a replacement. Shawn, James and Christian installed my new unit. They were good, professional, and courteous. They took the time to show me the system, recap the work they had done, and ensure my new thermostat was setup on the house network and app installed on my phone. The install was really clean; nice job, well done. They left my home like they were never there. I would not hesitate to recommend calling Fresh Air Flow for your HVAC needs.

I am very happy with their services! They re-installed an existing condenser on a concrete slab they built (following issues with the existing pad+weed tree growth). The team was friendly, professional and they worked clean, neat and tidy. The customer service is easy to reach for questions as well as the owner. I highly recommend!

Angelo, one of the great Technicians at Fresh Air Flow performed my first gas furnace annual preventative service plan maintenance visit a few days ago. He arrived on time, actually a bit early, checked everything visually and with instruments. He explained what he was doing, the results and what they meant in layman's language. He made sure the unit is ready for the winter. Everything checked out fine. Angelo is very interested in doing a job correctly the first time, and it shows. I chose Fresh Air Flow to replace my current HVAC system, add a second zone for the upstairs, and replace my water heater with a tankless. From the beginning to the end they were professional, respectful, prompt and knowledgeable. The estimate discussions with Ian were non pressured and very informative. At least 10 of their employees were involved from sealing and replacing the ductwork, adding the new systems, and resolving issues such as warm spots, rotting ducts in the slab and reduced water pressure. Ben, the owner, assessed each challenge with his team and ensured they were thoroughly addressed. They prioritized successful completion and customer satisfaction vs moving on to the next job. I recommend considering them for your future HVAC needs.
