We had a horrible experience with the floor specialist that Mr. Peter hired to do our floors. There was poor communications and workmanship we were very unhappy with the work. Mr. Peters is a gentleman and returned our money but I would encourage others to be very careful about hiring his company since he is not the one who does the work but an estimator dependent on the people to whom he subcontracts the work. The floor men he hired left cross cut marks on some of our floor boards. His bid was very low. It would have been worth it for us to pay more for professional work and avoid the aggravation.

He did everything that was important to me-communicated and returned calls, emails promptly-showed up on time-was very professional and knowledgeable-delivered excellent turnaround service and gave me a fair price My job was very small-but he handled it very professionally. I would absolutely recommend him.
