I met Gilberto when our HOA brought him in as a water expert to find and seal several leaks in the building. He was very thorough and trustworthy. He worked well with my tenants and my schedules, shared video, images, and explanations that helped keep the project moving even though I was remote. He was the third contractor we hired to try and keep the water out, Gilberto was the only one that managed to completely seal off any leaks. So when I wanted the replace a sliding glass door to the deck with a trifold door I was really concerned about making sure any work I did was waterproof. Gilberto was the first person I called. It was a seamless process, I chose the door, he explained how it would work and what contingencies we might need to look out for. There were no surprises and the project was completed on time and on budget. I would recommend Gilberto to anyone!

Gilbert redesigned and remodeled our backyard and former garage into a finished ADU and expanded deck and storage space.
