Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Mr. Trayvon White was highly professional from our very first phone call, and in the exchange of multiple text messages. He telephoned me within an hour or so, after I made the request for a plumber on Home Advisor. Mr. White coached me on the correct hot water heater I should purchase at Home Depot, by asking qualifying questions about the one installed in my home. Mr. White, took an additional step by requesting I video chat with him when I arrived at Home Depot for the purchase so he could direct me to the correct model. His customer service was elevated to the next level, when he actually texted me a picture of the correct model water heater, from a completely different Home Depot store in a different community. This to ensure his customer did not purchase the wrong item. Mr. White was professional, and worked neatly during the entire install. He took away all packaging from the unit. His assistant, Conrad was also courteous. My sincere impression was that Mr. White and Great White Plumbing LLC, have integrity, and he and his team have a very high work ethic. He clearly demonstrates value for the customer, and strives to delivery his best work to meet the immediate plumbing need. He was timely with his arrival to complete the work, and turned his focus to the task until the new hot water heater was installed and operating. Great White Plumbing will clearly be our plumbing service of choice for future needs.
