I did have one problem. At first the installer did not leave the "stoper" on the arm. And when he did come back I found that the stopper isn't the correct size and doesn't work. I didn't pursue it any further since it did take several calls to get the wrok finished. Other than that the door is great

They were never on time and they change the style of the door.....They could not complete my projects I order french doors it took over a month to put them up and they never did finish putting up the arch for the french door it was going on three months I told them to forget it I will find someone else to complete the job......

Hired them in November for a 3 day project. Took them over a month to start the job. They did not use the materials quoted and communications are horrible. Left my property a complete mess and took over 2.5 months for them to clean the area. The project is still not complete to this date. VER VER VER upset with this contractor. I still have yet to have this job comnpleted and I have already paid them partial payment

I waited some time to write my review of my experience with this contractor because I wanted to make sure they lived up to their promises and they did. At first I some minor leaks in my roof but they came out again and fixed everything and I haven't had any problems since. They completed all the work in a timely fashion and didn't leave a mess. I can recommend Galen Signature Windows for their roofing service.

So far the job hasn't started. I gave them a deposit. They scheduled a sub who showed up at night with the wrong information. I am still waiting.

They were very professional and the work was excellent.. I would use them again. However they should make it clear of a start an finish date.

they were late (1hr.) for the project because the painters couln't find my house they were from out of state. they ran out of paint couldn't reach the rep. from galen. i took the painter downtown in my car, to get more paint, waited for the paint to be custom mixed 1hr.) drove painter back to my house to complete a 2 hr. job...can you believe i was asked by the galen rep. to add additional paint to balance of bill...no sorry for the inconveince...no consideration for my time, gas or the fact that you made an incorrect amount for the paint to do the job. lousy way to do business! kept $7.00 off the bill..can't believe i pd. for the paint

They were great, the best price and the best service. they even called 30 days after the install to check on everything. Would absolutely use them again.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to the fine people at Galen. Our project manager, Keith above and beyond what was expected. The crew were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Let me be clear, this was not a simple window install, This was a huge window that also required furniture to be moved in via the hole in the wall. They were instrumental in assisting. I will use them for ALL future window projects, or anything else I can use them for. The price was more then fair, actually the lowest quote, with the highest service. If I am carrying on, it is simply because I cannot say enough about this company.

The owner of the company, Keith Burns was very professional. The paint job they performed was excellent.. They completed the job in an timely manner. The y also cleaned up any debris or trash left behind. Bravo....great work...

I could not have been more disappointed with this supplier. I would rate them zero stars if possible. There is not enought room to describe all that was wrong with this company. In short, the sales person did not keep himself informed as to the the status of the order; the wrong door was ordered, the factory representative misstated conversations that he claimed to have had with me to the sales person (they just left a message). Every bit of information regarding my door had to be because I called the owner. Even the "we're sorry" check took 3 phone calls and 4 weeks to arrive.

I had 5 window contractors come and give me recommendations and estimates to replace all the windows in my home. In the end, Galen had the best windows, they were willing to negotiate a great price, they were attentive and diligent with callbacks or additional information when I requested it. My windows are in! They are beautiful, high quality and the install couldn't have been smoother. They vacuumed my rugs, swept my driveway and took away every piece of debris. What a great choice these guys turned out to be. I can't say enough about them. You don't find quality and great service in the same place very often, but Galen has both.

They were great. Galen Windows was was responsive, provided a competitive quote and made me feel secure that I was going to get reliable service. We did have a delay in our project start date, but once that was resolved the work itself was excellent!

Contract signed 5/15/09 work not started until7/31/08. Orig. start date 7/28/08, but called at 9:30 stating doors were still not painted.I had someone take a day off from work to be there on 7/28.Only one worker on 7/31 from 9:30 until 4:30, then 3 more until 10pm. Work still not compleated until 8/1/08. 3 items on the contract not provided. Overall very disappointed with Galen. All communication initiated by me. Poor communication. One star given due to the fact that once compleated the doors do look good.

Galen is very professional. The price for the roofing job was competitive. However, the job is taking a little longer than we hoped. More info to come upon completion.

I was pleased with the company's representative from beginning to end. The gargage door is of a superb quality. I had exceptional communication with him as he answered my questions and assured me of his commitment to seeing a job well done.

The representative Keith Burns was very friendly and helpful. He made me feel comfortable and not pressured when making my decision. He gave me time lines as to when the job was expected to be started and completed. The workers were here on time they were professional and they worked quickly and effectively. Galen did an efficient and professional job. They finished in one day and left me with excellent looking aluminum siding. it looks better than I thought I would.

Great experience

They contacted me immediately after I submitted my request through Service Magic and I made an appointment for them to come out. The weather was horrific that day - rain and wind, but they showed up and on time and gave me a quote. I decided to hire them for the job. Someone came out and measured the window within a week or so. Since it was a custom window that I wanted to install, it took about two weeks before the window was ready to be installed. The showed up installed the window, took away the old window and cleaned up. They did a professional job and I am very pleased with my new window - it looks great!

Very fast service and very professional. They were very clean. I definitely will call them again for more work.
