Wow! Kudos to Nisay and his crew for the amazing transformation of my home. Everything from careful material selection to on time delivery of execution was flawless and I couldn't be happier. I was most impressed that he had the intuition to suggest an actual floor plan change. It actually made sense and we incorporated the changes and it turned out beautiful! We were able to fit a whole second bathroom.

S and N Property Management caused extensive issues in my home and never completed the bathroom renovation I paid for. They left walls open, floors unleveled, and the closet unfinished. They installed leaking plumbing, never put in a functioning shower head, and left broken cement falling into my living room because they didn?t remove the old bed as agreed. They also failed to protect other surfaces in my home, which caused additional damage. I made multiple attempts to resolve the problems by phone, text, and even through an attorney, and they stopped responding entirely. I now have to hire another contractor to tear everything out and redo the work properly. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Contacted Solid Ground Builders for a bathroom remodel in a condo I had just closed on. I was impressed by Davidâ s communication skills and how informative and professional he was. I was very stressed by the timeline and David was very honest and patient and made sure I understand every step. The next day I received the quote and I was impressed by how detailed it was and the price was very fair. The HOA was horrible in providing the necessary paperwork for the permit where it got to a point where I started to panic but David handled it very professionally and calmly and went out of his way to get what we needed for the permit.
