Fast service. Owner came out to inspect my property the next day, got a quote later that evening. After project was completed, we received the certificate, both us and the buyer was very satisfied.

Very Professional, service was completed in a timely manner, respectful of my home, covered all flooring, explained in detail the process of mold removal and chemicals being used, closed off area when service was completed, did follow up call, as far as cost, I know mold removal can be expensive, I did not have any other estimates so not sure on competitive cost, I would definitely recommend

Rick Sanders was very nice & professional when making sure about looking over everything in my basement to make sure it will be done. His workers, were also very friendly & professional. I appreciate that Rick told me to do another air mold testing to make sure everything was done right or they would come back out until it is. But air mold testing showed that my basement was in normal range and I'm very thankful.
