Well before I they came out I ask specifically was they going to have the screen on top of gutters they kept saying yes and when I saw it. That was not what I though it was going to be.

Though they were very polite,I think they sensed the urgency of my need for their service and they were on the expensive side. They didn't offer a senior discount. However, they showed up the next morning though they were 20 minutes late, it was okay. My only other concern was that they offered a 10-year warranty/guarantee but it took several days for them to send it to me and only after I contacted them to request it. A real professional would have sent the document over the same day immediately after completion of the work and wouldn't have to wait for the customer to ask for it.

Aaron Snell, very professional contacted me immediately, arrived as scheduled on time. Mr. Snell educated me on much better system, whole home water purification system. When job was finished he showed me all the different parts and explains how they work and how to service it. His work is impeccable, the best company for the project I ll recommend his company to anyone looking for excellent service.

Installation incurred no problems. I called Gurus after a part of my gutters fell due to a storm and they never came out to help or put them back up, as they were more familiar with the gutters after installation; I had to get someone another service to fix them. Something I will never forget.
