He was very professional and did a great job installing my door.

Good quality windows .custom made. But I had to remove all old windows and frames to street for trash pickup.

He showed up for all appointments exactly when he said he would and not a minute late. Very kind and polite and knowledgeable. Quoted us much cheaper than the big stores. Was in contact throughout process, easy to reach via phone. Installed the door in one day and took care to place tarps and sheets to protect from debris and then cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Very professional, would recommend. Thanks so much! We love our new door already.

I hired Mr. Park to install a new entry door and fix another and install 2 storm doors, day 1 was great demoed the side doors and put in the entry door, then fixed the other one, however, the door was not fixed the way it should be (the door was still sticking when opening it and when I put the strike plate back on it did not lock). Then the next day came back and put the storm doors on (however the side door was the wrong color but was 90% done which was both the stores and his fault since I told him all doors were white (so he should have doubled checked with us). He got upset when I said it had to come down and returned to get white. Right away he said he would want more money to install the right one, which is upsetting since he should have checked with us. Then I told him about the other entry door how it was not fixed right (still sticking and the door does not lock when I put the strike plate back on). He said well it looks better then it did and I said true but without the plate which is not the proper way a door is done. He got upset again and then walked off the job site (stating I do not care about the rest of the money). Thank goodness I only gave a proper deposit and not more than that. (All of this arguing was over the phone since I was at work, so when I came home after working 10+ hrs I had to put on the handle on the downstairs door since it was not done cause he walked off. I would not recommend Mr. Park since he does not like constructive criticism and also walking off the job instead of working it out.

I would hire again..I have a few more projects that need attention.

meticulous work and spotless work area

Mr. Park is extremely responsive and professional. He replaced my entry doorway, transom, and storm door. He executed a top quality job and did it very quickly at a fair price. I will certainly return to him for projects in the future.

I would highly recommend Mr. Park. He was always on time. His prices are very reasonable and his workmanship is impeccable. He left the work site clean and neat. Our door installation was not a simple one. The doorframe need to be repaired and widened to fit a standard door and the door itself needed to be shortened. He also repaired a frame on a small window in our bathroom. It looked so much better after he was done. We were really happy with both jobs that Mr. Park did and we will definitely use his service again in the future.

Jung is really good at what he does. He also worked around my tight schedule to get the work done. Our exterior Door install was a rather unique, large project. Jung was punctual and very reasonable as far as pricing goes. He did the work for exactly what he quoted us for, even though there was an issue with material pickups at the local hardware store. Hire Jung!
