Write a ReviewCompleted the project quickly, haven't had any flooding, and now i can get in and out of the crawl space without getting stuck!
The GM Giulio came out right away for a concern I had with our foundation. He made me feel at ease that there was no major cause for concern. But to call him on his cell if anything should change. And best of all the inspection was free! Thanks Highlander!
It saved having muddy water run into the house. They were friendly and did wonderful work. WE appreciated their great work.
Did the job in a short amount of time.
They did a great job!
Very good company.
Would highly recommend. Great work and very professional.
I put a lot of effort into my decision of whom to trust my home with. They promised the best price and a guarantee so going in I was optimistic. Well I was very wrong. First rainfall showed all they did was relocated flooding to front of the house. They came back to re-route discharge. Fast-forward to next rain, still standing water in my crawlspace in an area they had not worked on. I m told by boss they will cover under warranty where they did not work. Yet I specifically asked the salesman during estimate, and he said it would be covered and fixed but also said that area should not be a concern since it was a high point and the pump should collect water before it can accumulate in that area. So my 8600 dollar investment was a waste, and they need another 6000 to fix it even though the salesman claimed they do not up charge price once work begins no matter what they find. Apparently that also is not true. The entire experience was nothing but miscommunications and had to have them back 3 times for the areas they did work on. So why would I invest another 6000 for them to do the rest of the home. I wish I could go back and choose one of the other companies. It turns out there too good to be true price was exactly that. Then you almost feel trapped into getting the rest done by them since you are already financed with them. Horrible experience and worst investment I have ever made. My crawlspace is nowhere near waterproof. I have done my best to refrain from reviewing but at this point I m 8600 dollars into a non-waterproofed crawlspace and the way to make it right is to charge me 6k more to do what should ve been done originally. Go elsewhere and save yourself the stress. I truly wish I had.
This consumer contracted for two walls of waterproofing in their crawlspace, not all 4. We regret that they are seeing problems on the remaining two walls that were not serviced by our company. There was not a promise that the 2 walls would not experience dampness or seepage, and we stand behind the warranty on the walls that we were contracted. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a warranty for areas that a customer refused to have serviced at original time of installation. We know water intrusion can be frustrating and have tirelessly worked to satisfy this customer. . We wish them the best and stand behind the work we are contracted to warranty.
I hired Highlander Waterproofing for a foundation repair a couple of weeks ago, did a epoxy repair on a foundation crack, the following day it was still taking on more water, called Ryan, they came out worked on it, still leaks, they were suppose to be out today, did not show, was told they will not come out because of the virus, we have a transferable warranty
I sorry to see that this rating has been posted because we are in the middle of a national health crisis and will work with the homeowner as soon as we are cleared to do so and we look forward to that when that time comes
The Highlander Waterproofing team arrived on time. They were cordial, evaluated the the job and began work immediately. They were very professional, having the knowledge and skills to successfully complete the job. Would highly recommend Highlander Waterproofing, excellent job in reinforcing and strengthening the basement wall.
