The cleaner was very professional and I am very pleased with the results. My only problem is communication with Homeaglow management and the cost of the service. I was given one price by management and another by the cleaner which means I over paid for the service.

I like the cleaners so far, but the price keeps going up.

I hared them, had to reschedule the appointment, they charge my credit for the wrong amount and the work never happened.

Terrible... no need to fully get into details just know do not waste your time with this company.

Homeaglow books an independent contractor cleaning person for your appointment. I was able to make a next-morning appointment for my one-time residential interior house cleaning request right before Labor Day weekend (fantastic!); and when the originally scheduled cleaner backed out, Homeaglow promptly contacted me and scheduled an alternate cleaner for the same time slot. No complaints whatsoever re: customer service. But the cleaning itself was merely adequate; so for me. the value was in being able to get a last-minute cleaning appointment, vs getting (what I consider to be) a good house cleaning. I would not discourage anyone from trying this vendor; rather, just be aware that (as with most services) the quality of the work will depend entirely upon the independent contractor booked for your appointment.

I was sent someone who had only been doing this type of work for 2 months and whose only area of expertise in cleaning was window sills and mirrors. He did move all objects off of window sills, but it was up to us to return them. He did dust surfaces, but around objects and did not dust off any of those objects. Also, even though I had stated verbally and in writing that there were just 2 rooms I'd wanted him to focus on - most of all to wash down the walls in those rooms - and that the rest of house was secondary, he only washed portions of kitchen walls and none of the walls upstairs. When I contacted Homeaglow about the poor quality, I was told that they'd charged my credit card as soon as he'd finished and would have him contact me but it would be at his discretion to make it right. So far, I have not been contacted again.

The cleaner came in and what should have been an easy 1 hour job turned into 3 because the cleaner was more worried about conversation then actually cleaning. The cleaner then randomly showed up at my place 3 days later. Not to check up but to talk and continued to talk bad about the company and tried looking around my apartment to see if there was other work to be done even after I told him multiple times that I didn't have anything else for him to do and asked him to leave. He then came back a third time asking about our building. He was very unprofessional. When I called the company to talk to them about this they didn't believe any of it and said they only hired professional people. Will never use them again.

I had Renee. She was sweet, kind, and courteous. She even went above and beyond in helping me get my townhouse cleaned out. Bonus: I did get my full security deposit back! Completely satisfied.

I would have preferred her to clean other stuff.

Horrible service cleaning was not done satisfactory, took longer than they quoted and when they where done still was not clean, I had to go back and clean up what they didn't do.

Not a fan! Paid for 3.5 hour deep clean and was out in 1.75 hours and missed a lot . Talked to person that sold me on the service and very apologetic and was to speak to higher management and call me back. It's been a week no follow up call and no partial refund has been received after 7 days

I found the company to be very unprofessional after giving the 24 hour notice they tried to charge me which the people in the office did not know what they were doing

I received a phone call after looking into Home Advisors and this co. homeaglow has a rep that is a very 'fast talker'...I wanted to try them first to see how they were, I expected a female cleaner. They gave me a young man and I called immediately and told them to change the cleaner to a woman...he said he would right away. That never happened! I started getting so many emails and texts confirming he was coming no matter what. I emailed the company several times to cancel because I don't like to be pushed into something I am leary of. The emails and texts kept coming even after I cancelled, in plenty of time, the cleaner and the company. I cancelled everything out of frustration with their obvious aggression! I said they were harrassing me and if that man cleaner showed up, even after I cancelled several times that I would call the police. Please be careful dealing with this company.

I was not satisfied. The job was not done correctly. The floors were not swept correctly. The bathroom was done in a sloppy manner. The mirrors had spots.
