It took a long time to get my appraisal and compared to homes in this development that are on the market are valued higher than mine and they lack many perks that my home has. Aaron explained to me the difference between the asking price vs. the selling price and that affects the appraisal. Aaron is very personable and polite.

Our Appraiser: Mr. Aaron Wing Mr Wing was prompt, on time, and kept lines of communication clear. Met on-site earlier in the week; He recorded both internal, and external dimensions of house & detached garage. Took multiple pictures. Kept us current RE: timeline. A+ so far. RVI The appraisal is not yet complete; project running on time per our agreement. As to the work product, as of today, t is not yet completed

There was a small time differential on when the report was promised compared to when I got it, but Aaron was on top of getting it fixed (it was a software issue, nothing he did wrong). During the actual appraisal, Aaron was very professional, was friendly with my dog, and made sure the house was undisturbed as he went through it.
