Positive - two owners and cleaners seemed like nice people and were personable. First cleaning went well. Negatives: 1. Asked and received more money than initially quoted - since I was happy with their first cleaning. 2. Did not show up for their the third cleaning after I complained about the quality of their second cleaning, even though they had agreed to come and make it up and clean again. No advance notice, text message, or call on being a no-show! 3. They were given a detailed checklist before their first cleaning and seriously failed to adhere to several important requests on the list on their second cleaning. 4. Broke things and knocked things off of shelves without telling me or putting them back - we found out later. 5. Failed to clean behind things and move easy things to clean behind. 6. About a third slower than most cleaners. 7. Not good at moving things back in place.
