Worked so well on first job repairing and painting my bedroom ceiling, that I gave him several more. He dry-walled my powder room and installed new sink and toilet, and installed a new railing to basement. My house sold in 2 weeks after the work was completed. I would highly recommend him.

He did an excellent job, but gave me a price and approximate length of time to complete beforehand. He quoted 350.00 for four hours of work. Then when he arrived he said it was more involved and would take longer. Then increased the price to 450.00 and completed the work om 2/12 hours. He definitely overcharged me. Therefore, I will never hire him again.
