Drywall Installation
Working with Andrew was an absolute mistake. He was in charge of taking care of three of our properties (we bought 3 in 7 months) And he left us with over $100,000 in added expenses due to negligence and endless lies. We are remote investors from out of town, and he took full advantage of that by providing lackluster work that looked complete for the 1st two houses, but after review and use, it turned out to be terrible disasters. He cut so many corners leaving us unable to explain everything he did wrong within the 999 letters that we're limited to in this review. We ultimately ended up having to fire him during the third project after his own employee called us to let us know how many corners he was cutting. We got an outside inspector to visit the property and he confirmed that Andrew was using novice workers, failed to oversee them, and continued to tell us that everything is going great. Burn through all of our money and it nearly resulted in us going bankrupt. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My intentions were good, but I recognize that better oversight and communication were needed at the time. I even reinvested the proceeds from a real estate deal entirely into this project to keep it moving forward?unaware that my efforts were, unfortunately, only perpetuating the harm. Since then, I?ve made significant improvements to how I operate. I?ve built a reliable crew, implemented stronger management practices, and established a system to thoroughly vet subcontractors, set clear expectations, and review all work before payment. I truly wish I had understood sooner the gravity of your company?s financial situation. I was completely unaware that things had reached such a severe level of financial strain."

Owner was conscientious about my requests, even small details were not a problem. Provided an estimate before the work started an updated the final bill to show each of my add-ons. Made purchases and provided receipts. I hope to have him and his staff come back for my windows project. Great work - I love my new kitchen!

Andrew was great to work with â professional, communicative, and completed excellent work. He built a new wall, installed a door, and painted the surrounding area in my house. All his work was high quality and he kept me well informed of his progress and of the exact work that was being completed. I am very happy with the new door and would highly recommend working with Andrew!

Andrew was extremely communicative and kind throughout a weird, unwieldy project of fixing moisture-damaged plaster in 5 rooms in my home. The work was done quickly and efficiently and he always made sure I was in the loop about how the project was going. COVID related: He and his colleague Rivka always wore masks in the house and let me know if they were entering a room we were in to let us put on ours. They were also respectful of my partner & my work calls as weâ re working from home. Iâ d recommend Integrity Home Remodeling.
