I hired Ironmanmadeit to install a new staircase railing. He came to my house, he showed me pictures of his work, and took measurements and a cost of $1800 was agreed upon. I gave him a $900 deposit so he could start making my railing. He was scheduled to come out to install the railing twice but he called and canceled. Out of nowhere he calls and says he needs to install the railing today and after he continued to insist on installing the railing that same day, I had a relative go to my house and let him into my house because I was working. After the work was completed he sent me pictures of the railing and then I sent the final deposit of $900. When I arrived home this is what my railing looks like in several areas. The railing is short, not secure & it shakes when you touch it. I called, texted and emailed him and he refuses to get back to me. Trust me, he does HORRIBLE work! He doesn't care about the customer, he only wants your money. Go elsewhere and receive quality service!
