Free estimate same day I first called. Got someone out to remove the mold the next day. Kept it professional and competitive price. The guys were helpful, listened to all the context I provided. Would hire them again although I sure hope I won't have to.

I called Al as soon as I found some mold in my basement. He was at my house within an hour. He immediately figured out the problem, explained to me how it needed to be fixed, gave me an extremely fair estimate, and was back the next day to do all the work. I highly recommend this company!

The moment I met John, I knew he was an honest man of his word. By the time he was done seeing what my mold issues were, he had outlined every detail of what he needed to do. Compared to others who had seen the problems, John was the most in-depth and detailed as he explained what the problems were, and how he would tackle them. His estimate arrived within a few hours, and he and his crew were on-site, beginning work in 2 business days. They wasted no time! His 2 crew members were every bit a pleasure to work with as John is! But the main thing is how they work. They dug into my walls where mold was seen. But leaks travel! They had to go deeper than we all first thought. And they SHOWED me just what they found. Sure, it was demo work, but done in a neatly planned orderly way. You can tell they have done this 100s of time before. Their experience shows! Work areas completely sealed off from they rest of the house; HEPA devices scrubbing the mold out of the air as they worked. I felt completely safe around other areas of my home while they dealt with the nastiest, blackest mold! In two days, John and his crew totally removed the mold, sanitized not just the deep wood framework of those areas, but all around adjacent surfaces too. Then, the sealant was applied. And the CLEANUP!! I am nothing short of amazed!! There is not a trace of dust anywhere! Every bit of contaminated construction material was sealed in plastic bags and carted off by them. ALL this, at the most reasonable and honest cost I could ever have hoped for. I am not merely highly recommending J and A Environmental Services. I am saying GO WITH THEM! P.S. Super straightforward and thorough explanation of everything they were planning for my service, they were very succinct about all the issues at hand and how to solve them. After some shopping around with other services they were the only ones to give me a same day estimate for a very affordable price considering the amount of work at hand and the amount of care they brought forth to solve it. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to spend their money only on what needs to get done and no fluff at a good price.

Seemed experienced in the area of concern. Good communication skills. Finished when they said that they were. However, they didnâ t take all measures needed to protect them and me. I would be more cognizant of that in the future.
