He knocked on my parents door offering power washing. He claimed the chemicals he uses are eco-friendly. He wound up killing our pets, koi fish I've had since childhood for over 25 years. He also damaged the plants. My mom worked hard to keep those koi fish alive through all those years. We tried reaching out to the owner but he has been ignoring us and denies responsibility. A simple Google search "does power washing chemicals kill koi fish" gives the obvious answer. We will be pursuing a court claim for destruction of property. Let this be a red flag/warning for those who associate with Joseph Goncalves, as he is a person of poor character.

Joe, the owner of Atlas Exterior Solutions, stopped by my house in Lansdale on a Sunday and gave me a great quote on washing the siding on a part of my house. A few hours later the job was done and the siding looked very clean. He even cleaned some moss of a portion of a roof. The job was done professionally and he cleaned up afterwards. The work comes with a warranty and we'll see if I need it. Joe is easy to talk to, hard-working and honest. This was a good experience for a walkup call.
