James did a great job cleaning my sidewalk but left a heavy trash bag in front of my house and told me he was coming back to pick it up but he never did. I contacted him multiple times and he never came despite telling me he would do so. I was quite disappointed by this behavior and will definitely not hire him again or use HomeAdvisors.
