The foundation work was done well. Jim creatively solved a problem with supporting the front stairs. There were some minor issues about the finished work not related to the foundation which he addressed. Overall I am very satisfied with the finished product.

Jim was excellent in securing applicable permits. Workers were on time. With the exception of one short delay everything was on schedule. I would employ Jim Patterson again.

We are happy with the work they did in replacing half of our foundation. Jim's work crew and foreman were very efficient, professional and polite. They seemed very experienced. Jim's proposal was very reasonable compared to other contractors we spoke with. This was a project we had a lot of apprehension about, but once we worked out the details and they got to work, everything went smoothly with very little impact on us.

Jim and his crew were reliable, diligent and hard workers. I also appreciated that Jim helped me prioritize work, since I was under some budget contraints.

Everything we discussed in conjunction with this project was completed to my satisfaction. The communication lines were always open with Jim. If I had questions he promptly found the answers. I would hire him again.

Jim was the only one who listened to me, really looked at the extent of the project (crawling under the house and actually looking at what needed to be done), and made a real effort to understand what we wanted to accomplish. He only does foundations, and he is a Master at it! He gave a very reasonable bid and completed the work in a very timely fashion, and kept me fully updated of the activities. Thanks Jim!

We had regular meetings during project. I was appreciative that he always stayed on budget, absolutely. I won't hesitate to use him in the future. Highly recommend him.
