John was prompt to respond to my call when I was experiencing water coming from my roof due to a major rain storm in Central Pa on Sept. 1st. He was at my house within a few hours and quickly accessed the damage by going up on the roof and carefully coming into my home with a mask upon request and taking off his shoes. He gave me an estimate that was fair and I added in boot repair for my vents. He completed the job and had a mishap of one of his tools falling thru my ceiling due to wet drywall. John quickly called me with the news, He offered to refund his payment due to the damage. I agreed that his work was completed and only asked the refund reflect the cost of the drywall. John was very quick to refund MORE then what we agreed upon. This shows his integrity!

He replaced a few singles on my roof with a $500 minimum. It was an emergency roof leak so I had no choice but to pay that. He quoted me $1600 for a chimney rebuild. Instead of that he just filled the missing mortar in with something other than concrete in about 2 hours. Now, I am stuck with an absolute eyesore that will cost thousands to correct. I received no response to my email!

One day service. Replaced section of damaged roof sheeting and installed metal roofing over old asphalt shingles. Also, completed a good cleanup of the area. The installation was on a 20 x 10 out building.

John is since hard working young man who does a good job. I would hire him again.
